The best decision I ever made for my family. Power healthy meals makes eating healthy quick and easy ! The convenience of these meals has really helped my dad the most. This guy works construction (we know how they eat lol) so that diet mixed with a heart problem has caused some issues but by adding these pre-made meals. He feels so much stronger & his heart flutters have stopped. 10/10 recommend to everyone trying to get that healthy happy summer body ! Thank you so much Brandon & the power healthy meals team for making my dad & I’s life so much better

First I\'m going to start off by saying I needed to change my eating habits. So the fiancé and I talked about doing meal preps and with our busy schedule it\'s so hard to do it our selfs plus knowing what to cook and for how long just isn\'t our expertise. I\'m lucky to have a friend at power healthy meals and he told me everything I need to do by logging on to their site and signing up for a meal program and selecting my meals. It was that easy. I was able to choose delivery or pickup but obviously the delivery is so much easier. I\'m very picky so I was afraid of the meals being basically leftovers since they are refrigerated and then re heated at time of use. Let me tell you how that change my mind on eating leftovers in general. The food is so good and taste amazing. Way way better then I expected. The variety and selection of entrees is absolutely great! We will continue to order no doubt about it! Thanks for helping us make eating healthy great and worth our time.

I Started Power Healthy Meals A few weeks ago, and have enjoyed every bite. The food is healthy, fresh and delicious! They put their customers first and go above and beyond to make sure business is taken care of! I am so blessed to enjoy the food, along with totally affordable convenience fees! I am excited to see this wonderful establishment Grow! Thanks to power healthy meals I can live stress free and eat great!!

was a bit tired of coming up with nutritious menus for the week so decided to try a few days worth of healthy meals from Power Healthy. Their menus looked good and they deliver. So far, I’ve really enjoyed the food. It’s clean, healthy, and tasty. I would recommend them for busy people trying to stay fit. I’ve had the chicken lettuce cups and two chick pea salads (like it so much I ate both after surfing!). Can’t wait to try the salmon tomorrow!
