How to prepare
Microwave
Remove lid and place paper towel over meal. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
Packaging instructions
Lean (16oz Rectangle): 4oz Chicken on the left, 2.5oz Zucchini in the middle, 2.5oz Cauliflower Rice on the right
Maintain (24oz Rectangle): 5oz Chicken on the left, 3oz Zucchini in the middle, 3oz Cauliflower Rice on the right
Gain (32oz Rectangle): 6oz Chicken on the left, 3.5oz Zucchini in the middle, 3.5oz Cauliflower Rice on the right
Cooking instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat griddle to med-hi.
– Place chicken on griddle and sprinkle with cajun spice, salt, & pepper. Cook until browned and flip. Season with more cajun spice, salt, & pepper and continue to cook until the other side is browned. About 2 minutes per side.
– Transfer to prepared baking sheet and bake for 9 min, or until cooked through.
– Serve with roasted zucchini and quinoa.AL68
