Lean (16oz Rectangle): Lay a piece of lettuce down on the left, place a lean Brie Burger on it, and top with Caramelized Onions. 2.5oz Carrots on the right, 1 ramekin Dijon Sauce in the top right corner.
Maintain (24oz Rectangle): Lay a piece of lettuce down on the left, place a maintain Brie Burger on it, and top with Caramelized Onions. 3oz Carrots on the right, 1 ramekin Dijon Sauce in the top right corner.
Gain (24oz Rectangle): Lay a piece of lettuce down on the left, place a gain Brie Burger on it, and top with Caramelized Onions. 3.5oz Carrots on the right, 1 ramekin Dijon Sauce in the top right corner.
Cooking instructions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and saute for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until caramelized and becoming jammy. When onion bits get stuck to the bottom, add 1 to 2 tbsp of water at a time to deglaze the pan.
– In a mixing bowl, combine the turkey, dijon, sage, thyme, salt and pepper. Form into patties.
– Preheat griddle over medium heat. Transfer burgers onto the griddle and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-6 minutes per side.
– Transfer burgers to a parchment lined baking sheet. Top each burger w/ 1 oz brie and cook in the oven at 350 F for 9 minutes, or until burger is cooked through and juices run clear.
– Plate burger over a bed of lettuce and top with caramelized onion.
