Cooking instructions

Whisk together Korean Sauce (tamari through arrowroot powder) in a bowl. Set aside.
– Brown turkey in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and continue to cook until beginning to soften, about 3 minutes. Add onion garlic and ginger and saute an additional 30 seconds.
– Add carrots and bell peppers and stir fry for about 5 minutes, or until starting to become tender.
– Add zucchini and sauce and let simmer for 5-10 minutes or until reduced and thickened.
